Spiritual Direction

"Several years ago, while camping with a friend, we decided to hike a nearby mountain. I did not plan well. The hike took longer than we anticipated, bringing us down after sunset. In the dark, I lost the trail. We brought no flashlight, food, water or protective covering. Had it not been for my companion's ability to detect forest sounds and determine the direction of far-away traffic, we would have spent the night in the forest.

Spiritual directors are your companion on your spiritual journey. The director doesn’t provide answers, but listens to you and helps you tap into your wisdom within.

Through spiritual direction sessions lasting between 50-60 minutes, directors create a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space for you to share your heart.
