These are just a few words that have been used to describe the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet and Associates who love and serve in order to create a more just and joyful world.

All are Welcome at the Table

If you sum up Jesus’ mission in one sentence, you might say “all are welcome at the table.” You can’t be in right relationship with someone if they are on the “outside.” For the Sisters of St. Joseph, “serving the dear neighbor without distinction” means that everyone gets a seat at the table. That’s what unifying love is all about. This is the gospel call at the heart of our community life, our spirituality and our work for social justice and the common good.

CSJ: Community. Spirituality. Justice.

Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet are known by the initials, CSJ, referring to the Congregation of St. Joseph. Today, we also see the core of who we together are in these letters: Community, Spirituality and Justice.

We invite you to explore our site to see how we live community, spirituality in justice today and to find ways you can join us in mission to create a more just and joyful world.
