Sister Judith Schulte was presented Rosati-Kain High School's Legacy Award at their dinner auction on February 16.

For over four decades, Sister Judith Schulte was a dedicated and loved teacher art. Rosati-Kain became her home in 1966.  She taught French and moderated the French Club for 49 years.  Sister Judith planned and escorted many students on trips to France during summer vacations. She was the moderator of Student Council and was part of the Mission Club in the early years, which involved writing grants for student tuition assistance.  And in her final years as an active staff member, she was the moderator of the after school Chinese language program.  These are only a few of Sister Judith’s contributions to Rosati-Kain’s amazing story.

Sister Judith decided to retire in the spring of 2015.  When asked what she cherishes most about her time teaching at Rosati-Kain, she quickly responded, “All the friendships I formed among students, parents, faculty and staff.”
