Coronavirus Alert

We are pleased to announce that the motherhouse is open to visitors and guests under limited conditions.These parameters have been put in place for the safety of our staff, residents and visitors, and we appreciate your cooperation with the following safety protocols:

Hours: The motherhouse will be open during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Individual Visitors: The motherhouse will welcome individual visitors during business hours. Visitors will be restricted to the first floor.

Groups: The house is open to groups of 10 or less. 

Overnight Guests: There will be no overnight guests permitted at this time.

Entry Procedure: Visitors and guests are subject to the COVID screening process at the front desk and are required to follow safety protocols throughout the building. Please read the following to prepare yourself for your visit.

  • Visitors must enter through the main door for the COVID screening at the Reception Desk.
  • According to St. Louis City guidelines, guests will not be permitted to enter the motherhouse and may not report to work if they answer “yes” to any of the following screening questions:
    • Have a new or persistent cough
  • Have a fever over 100.4
  • Are experiencing shortness of breath/have difficulty breathing
  • Have had exposure of more than 10 minutes and closer than six feet to a person who has a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of COVID19 in the previous 14 days.
  • Immediately upon entry, visitors must wash their hands thoroughly with soap at the nearest sink before going to their office. Hand sanitizer is not a satisfactory substitute.
  • Visitors are required to wear a mask while inside the motherhouse.
  • Visitors may meet other visitors, staff or residents on the first floor in the area they have designated to meet. Visitors are asked to go directly to their meetings/visits. “Roaming” the halls is prohibited.

These restrictions are continually being evaluated and are subject to change.
