S. Mary Ann Donovan
Sister Mary Ann Donovan, CSJ
Biographical:
Sister Mary Ann Donovan was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She entered the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet in 1949 and was received into the novitiate in 1950 as Sister Mary Ronald. She received a bachelor’s degree in speech and drama from Fontbonne College in 1962.
Service in the Archdiocese of St. Louis:
Sister Mary Ann taught at numerous Archdiocesan schools in the 1950s and 1960s: St. Mary Magdalen School, Holy Name School, St. Louis Cathedral School, and Our Lady of Lourdes School.
Service outside the Archdiocese:
Sister also taught in Illinois and Missouri.

She is currently the regional director emerita for the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet Development Office in Kansas City, Missouri.
