St. Joseph's Academy Completes 51st Mission Week

St. Joseph's Academy held its 51st Annual Mission Week on Nov. 12-18, with the school community completing many hours of service to the dear neighbor and raising funds for home mission requests and for Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet in Peru and Gulu.

The SJA Mission Week brings their school motto, "Not I, But We," to reality as the SJA community joins forces in raising awareness of their missions at home and abroad. Mission Week enables them to fulfill one of the goals of their school philosophy-to extend their awareness of community to their brothers and sisters in the larger Christian communities.

St. Joseph's Academy is a college preparatory high school sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. The mission at the Academy is to provide quality Catholic education for young women in an environment that challenges them to grow in faith, knowledge, and respect for self and others.
