CSJs Elect New Congregational Leaders

On Tuesday, July 30, 2013, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet elected their new Congregational Leadership Team during their Congregational Chapter which met in Los Angeles, California from July 23 to August 1, 2013.

The Members of the new team are:

Sister Danielle Bonetti, from the Albany Province

Sister Barbara Dreher, from the St. Louis Province

Sister Mary Ann Leininger, from the Los Angeles Province, serving in the Vice
Province of Peru

Sister Mary McKay, from the Los Angeles Province

Sister Miriam Ukeritis, from the Albany Province

Sister Mary McKay was elected as congregational director, and Sister Mary Ann Leinigner was elected as the first councilor.

Presently, Sister Danielle is vice president of mission integration at St. Mary’s Healthcare, Amsterdam, NY.

Sister Barbara is executive director of development and mission advancement for the St. Louis Province of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet in St. Louis, MO.

Sister Mary Ann is director of Children’s Home at Pillco Mozo in Huanuco, Peru.

Sister Mary is a professor of religious studies at Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles, CA.

Sister Miriam is chief executive officer of the Southdown Institute in Aurora, Canada.

The new team, whose offices are in St. Louis, MO, will serve from 2014-2020.
